We have lived in Hunters Green North since September 2015. I love the convenience of our neighborhood and walking Wiley, our dog, on Willow Branch and Greenhill.

Plats
There are several different plats. I have collected these from TitleSearcher and compiled into google drive. As the neighborhood developed a new plat was added. There are 10 sections in the neighborhood. We are also surrounded by several neighborhoods. If you look on your deed it will show what section and neighborhood your home is located in.
Restrictive Covenants
Restrictive covenants are put into place so builders and owners know what is acceptable for the area. The intent is to preserve the area's value and enjoyment.
I have compiled those restrictions in a google drive folder.
Jackson Schools
The Hunters Green North neighborhood has numerous schools in the area both public and private. Our area has something for everyone with children.
