Happy NEW YEAR 2023

This makes my sixth New Year to celebrate being a licensed real estate agent. I am so excited to be able to help so many people find home or sell their homes to move to new places. We’ve had a roller coaster over the last couple of years. When COVID hit everything in the world changed. Rates were low and we had so many buyers and the demand was extremely high. Fast forward to last year the interest rates began to increase from higher 2s- 3s to upper 6-7%. I’m told that they are still pretty low. Our first home purchase was at 5.25% interest rate.

I am excited to see what 2023 will bring. This year has been a good one for me. We bought, renovated, and sold a home. We bought another to renovate at the end of November and plan to have it on the market this first quarter. I sold 40 units $7.5 million in volume. I ranked 61 out of  491 agents in CWTAR MLS.
