WOW! December is here. I am running late. I had a lot of homes close toward the end of November. I am so thankful to the opportunity to work closely with clients the duration of our transaction. I am getting in the swing of the Christmas season and kicking it off today being an elf at Coldwell Banker Barnes- Jackson office’s Santa visit. I remember being dragged to the mall into a long line of kids waiting to see Santa. It’s a full circle kind of moment.
Coldwell Banker Barnes- Jackson Gives Back
This year our office has given back to so many different charities. We fill the blessing boxes and we had a family leave a note asking for help. Our agents, Keith and Michele, sprung into action. We were able to gather money and buy the whole family winter coats. Latham’s split the cost of a Thanksgiving meal for this family. Local matters. The State of the Market
Interest rates have decreased some. This really helps buyers a lot since some were priced out of the market when they moved from 3% to 7%. A local lender is a valuable asset to the buyer and the agent. Keeping business locally means that person invest in the community you live in! They help agents by keeping us informed about changes that affect our clients. I have a valuable tool that allows me to send Market Snapshots on a repetitive basis if you want to have that sent daily, monthly, quarterly, twice a year, or annually drop me a message. I can center the report around you home address or leave it broad and select a specific area (ex: Weatheridge Drive or Jackson NW).
Thankful
I want to remind you I am thankful for your business! My calendars are going out and I cannot believe I had over 300 calendars going out. I will be ordering more next year! Please contact me if you would like to be on my list. I have several small recipe calendars that I can also send. I’m planning 2023 and my goal is to finally host a Home Buyer event at Coldwell Banker Barnes- Jackson office. I had it planned prior to COVID and that stopped my event in its tracks. Look for information at the beginning of the year. Save your tax refund and get in a home this year! There is truly nothing like home. I fail to appreciate home sometimes but I don’t miss renting and hearing people in the quadplex below and beside me or random pest control visits when we rented a home in the country.
