March was a super busy month leading up to April and the spring market. I am so excited for warmer weather. The last couple days have been great outside with temps in the 60s and 70s. Without the rain we would not appreciate the sunny days!

The State of the Market

Rates have increased. Home prices have decreased slightly. Homes are staying on the market a little longer. Homes priced right with great photos and curb appeal sell quickly. Don’t forget that I have a market update that comes out monthly. It is area specific: Crockett, Chester, Gibson, Madison, Henderson… to name a few counties that I serve. I also post weekly market update graphics on my facebook and instagram. Have you thought about buying but aren’t sure how? I would love to build a team to help get you in a home! This year marks my sixth year as a real estate professional. I am so thankful that I have been able to serve so many clients in the West TN area.
