Hey I’m a New Blogger 

This is the first time I’ve committed to writing a blog! September is my favorite time of the year. Fall is coming and it’s my birthday month. I love 60-70 weather! We are able to walk Wiley, my pup, more. We get outside more and enjoy the temperatures.

Homes for Dogs Event- It’s BACK!

It’s also time for Homes for Dogs-Jackson TN that is a Coldwell Banker annual event. Since COVID we haven’t had the event, so I am ready to get back at it. We have Jackson Animal Care Center and Hero West Rescue that will be at our event. JACC will have adoptable pets (Dogs/Cats) and Hero West Rescue will be microchipping. We are getting final details ironed out. We will be grilling hotdogs and have drinks/chips/desserts to go with the dogs. “Dogs for Dogs.” We will have a photobooth! Our hope is to help raise awareness of pets needing homes, offer spay/neuter options for those who need help, microchip pets to help them if they go missing, and raise money/food donations to help with the constant battle of pet overpopulation in our area.

State of our Real Estate Market

The real estate market is still very active. We currently have more homes listing. I listed a home and it showed immediately and received an offer that evening. If the price is right, the home is easy to show, and the home is in good shape (or priced to reflect needs) the home will move quickly. Monthly my page is updated with Market Statistics

My New Hobby

I’ve began a new hobby recently. I started using Canva Pro. I took a class at the CO and my broker brought the instructor into our office for a class also! I enjoy creating with the help of templates and what seems to be unlimited photo/graphics. I have always googled desktop calendars and phone calendar wallpaper and this month I decided I would start creating these and put on my blog post. I will feature a photo around West TN and have the current month calendar with it.  Click here for my monthly downloadable desktop or phone wallpaper.
